WOMEN'S FIGURE TONED CLASS

WHAT ARE THE JUDGES LOOKING FOR?

Competitors will be judged on symmetry, muscle development and tone, and overall stage presence and posing. Judges will be looking for a small degree of muscularity with no extreme striations visible. We are looking for a pleasant looking physique where the competitor is able to show excellent stage presence with effortless posing. Hair, make-up, suit, jewellery and tan should all complement the competitor’s figure overall.

WOMEN'S FIGURE TONED CATEGORIES

  • Open to all ages.
  • Always go for a bikini that best suits you. Look at the colour, style and materiel. Always remember – your physique is on show, don’t let the bikini outshine you.
  • No G-strings or thongs allowed please. You will be scored down if this is the case.
  • No props or gum are permitted on stage.
    • No bumping or shoving. Anyone involved in any aggressive behaviour will be disqualified.
    • Competitor numbers to be worn on the left hand-side of your bottoms.
